Rambutan

Rambutan (Nephelium lappaceum) is a tropical fruit known for its distinctive appearance and sweet, mildly acidic flavor. It has a hairy, red or yellow outer shell that must be peeled to reveal the translucent, juicy flesh inside. The flesh is similar in texture and taste to lychee, with a large seed in the center. Rambutans are rich in vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants. They are typically eaten fresh but can also be used in desserts, jams, and salads.
